Today the Portuguese broadcaster RTP announced that the 63rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest will be held in the capital, Lisbon. The contest will take place in MEO Arena on 8, 10 and 12 May 2018. This will be the first time ever that the competition will be held in Portugal, as Salvador’s win was the country’s first in their 53 years of competing.
